The Brazilian Journal of Orthopedics (RBO) is an important Open Access content platform of the Brazilian Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology (SBOT).
Its mission is to actively contribute to the improvement and development of the practice of research and education in Orthopedics and Traumatology and related fields.

Published bimonthly, the journal has been active since 1965 without interruption.

Accepting articles in Portuguese and English, RBO is intended for orthopedic physicians and healthcare professionals dedicated to related activities, not only from SBOT but also from other societies and various other countries.
